Terms and Conditions of Código Roble's List Of Verbs App

These terms and conditions ("Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between you ("User" or "You") and [C´digo Roble or Martin Robles] ("We," "Our," or "Us") regarding the use of the List Of Verbs mobile application ("the App"), available on the Play Store platform. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms stated herein, do not use the App.

  1. App Usage 1.1 You agree to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights over the App or its content are granted to you. 1.2 You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Privacy 2.1 The App utilizes Firebase Analytics services to collect data and information about the App's usage. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy attached to these Terms.

  3. Advertisements 3.1 The App displays advertisements from AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. By using the App, you agree to the display of relevant advertisements within the App. 3.2 We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements displayed in the App or any actions or transactions you engage in with the advertisers.

  4. Intellectual Property 4.1 The App and all its content, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, music, software, and any other materials, are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. 4.2 You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, product, or service obtained from or through the App.

  5. Limitation of Liability 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, damage to reputation, business interruption, or any other intangible losses resulting from your use or access to the App.

  6. Modifications 6.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the Terms will be published within the App, and it is your responsibility to periodically review them. 6.2 Your continued use of the App after the publication of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
